5. Get Enough Sleep
Most of us are running on empty day after day. This can make it difficult to get through all of our daily tasks. However, it can also impact your memory. In order to function properly, your brain needs sleep. While sleep deprivation can make you cranky and irritable, it can also increase your risk of developing dementia related diseases.
In order to stay healthy and keep your memory in tip top shape, have a strict sleep schedule and take naps whenever necessary. It won’t just benefit you in your day-to-day life, but long term as well.
