Clean eating is very popular today, but it has been known for a long time.
In the past food contained no or little chemicals, was prepared with real dairy products, fruit and vegetables and generally contained less ingredients.
Nowadays, stores are full of junk food and offer all sorts of chemical-loaded products such as chips, snacks, pastry, chocolate, marshmallows, etc.
Leading a healthy life style is good for people, especially today when the quality of food is poor.
We recommend you start a cleansing program to clean your body from toxins. Who knows, once you start a healthy diet, you may want to make it a habit…
Here we offer three sugar-free breakfasts that will help you maintain a good and healthy diet. No toxins, no chemicals. Enjoy!
- 5 Bell peppers (medium-sized)
- 1 cup of mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 cups of spinach
- 1 onion (small)
- ½ teaspoons of olive oil
- 9 egg whites
Put a pan on the oven and sauté one onion.
Add ½ diced pepper, the mushrooms, spinach and olive oil. Mix well all the ingredients.
When you are done with the sautéing, remove the pan from the heat and season the mixture with salt.
Next, fill 9 pepper halves with the mixture. Spread it evenly. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
After that use 2 tablespoons of egg whites and spread them over the peppers. Now is the time to place them in the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
- 1 cup of bananas (mashed; you’re going to need at least 2-3 bananas)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 ½ cups of oat flour
- 1/3 cup of Xylitol
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¾ unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Now take all the dry ingredients and combine them into a mixing bowl.
Next, create a well in the centre of the bowl. This is where you are going to add the wet ingredients.
Be sure to mix well everything. Add the bananas. Grab a muffin tin and start filling the batter.
When you are done, put the muffins into the oven and bake for about 24 minutes. You’ll know they are ready when they become golden brown.
Before you take out the muffin tin, we recommend you wait for about 5 minutes so that you let them cool off.
- 1 cup of milk (preferably coconut)
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- 1 cup of water
- ¼ teaspoon of cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ¼ of vanilla extract
- chopped nuts
- dried fruits
- strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and currants
Place a pan over the oven and add water and coconut milk. Then add the vanilla extract, flax seeds, cardamom and quinoa.
Keep over high heat until all water is absorbed and make sure you stir the mixture occasionally. The process should take about 20 minutes.
Next, add the dried fruits, berries, chopped nuts and some more milk. You are now ready. Serve the food with whipped cream and desiccated coconut. Bon appetit!
Remember that if you want to lead a healthy lifestyle, you need to do many other things as well. For example, you need to make sure that there are no germs and dirt in the house.
Cleaning is a determining factor. Also, since standard cleaners are loaded with chemicals, we recommend using green cleaning products. Some of them can be prepared at home.
Using ingredients like vinegar, baking soda and essential oils you can make the healthiest cleaning solutions to replace commercial products.
