Yes… Drinking water is a healthy way to lose weight.

As we know that drinking water is very good for the health. It helps to cleanse the toxin stored in the body.

Drinking water before eating suppress the appetite and contribute to feel fuller eating small meals. So it minimizes eating large meals.  But its health benefits still not end here.

In Recent studies, it was found that drinking Cold Water helps to burn calorie. Drinking chilled water boost metabolism to promote weight loss. It is possible due to thermogenic effect.

What is Thermogenic Effect? Relation Between Weight Loss…

Body continuously tries to maintain body temperature. Our normal body temperature is 37 degree Celsius. But due to climate temperature changes, body try to maintain body temperature. If the outside climate is cold, then body burns more calorie to produce heat.

You might have experienced that you feel hungry several times a day during winter than in summer season.

It is due to the thermogenic effect. The body burns large amount of calorie to balance body temperature to 37 degree Celsius.

This effect is same as when we drink chilled water.

When we drink chilled water body, the temperature is affected. So to bring the water temperature same as the body, calories are burned to produce heat.

Thus, you can burn more calorie by simply drinking chilled water.

Weight loss is toughest and cruel truth of life. If you wish to lose weight quickly then you should follow a  healthy diet.

Water is a symbol of a healthy diet. Try to hydrate body with fluid every time. To stay hydrated you can try fruit juice as they provide nutrient and large amount of water. Try fruit juice with some cubes of ice.

But Depending only on a diet is not a solution for weight loss. You should also do exercise to lose weight. By adding some exercise, you can burn more calories. To enjoy exercise try to find friends, group. It will keep you motivated during a weight loss program.
