But is it possible to lose weight while eating frequently? The answer seems to be no because we are increasing our calorie intake.

But the surprising answer is Yes! We can lose weight by frequently eating at least 6 times a day.

Omega 3 is a healthy fat required for cell development and higher metabolism. Thus, by skipping healthy fat, we slower the metabolism rate.

#6 Right Time

Prepare an eating schedule that suits according to your daily routine. And don’t skip them.

By maintaining it, you will stay protected from many diseases. You can eat after every 2 hours.

#7 Enjoy the Spice

Spice plays a significant role the food. We can’t eat food that contains no spice. So if you want to supercharge your metabolism you need some spice.

Red chili, cardamom, pepper and other spice have been found to boost metabolism.
