I avoid Dairy products in all of my life, and in sports, they should not be considered. There is plenty of research of the effects of the casein protein, and the Lactose sugar; I do feel bad if I ingesting and an egg burrito in the morning might not be a source of energy but a drain (try mountain biking after having it for breakfast). I am glad that you mention Coconut, it is my favorite sport food, after oranges and bananas.
