Then why we get attracted towards fad diet?

Quick fix for the problem and no proper information. It is human tendency or we can say emotional weakness. We usually become weak during these phases of time. And don’t feel depressed of these it is normal for everyone.
But we should find the right way to get the problem out. The quick fix has many risks than benefits. No one will tell the truth about it. So it becomes our duty to find the right.

Starting with morning, we need a diet rich in protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamin and minerals for higher metabolism. But when we miss it or skip it our metabolism is slower so our body can’t burn enough calorie.
These unused calories are stored in the form of fat. Thus skipping just your breakfast you increase the chance of fat storage throughout the day. Skipping breakfast increase craving for fast food.
Also, if we skip any nutrient for a longer period than a deficiency of nutrient also increases. With nutrition deficit, metabolism can’t function properly, and we increase fat storage.
Solution: Eat on right time and nutrient rich food.
If you followed a strict diet that may be deficient in nutrients, you tend to eat more calorie after.
Your willpower is also lower due to nutritional deficiency and can’t make a proper choice. So you eat more calorie rich food soon when you quit dieting. So you start gaining weight quickly.
Solution: When you follow a healthy diet you don’t get attract towards those foods. Because a healthy diet allows you to eat fast food or snacks a week in limited quantity.
It’s normal that you can’t skip your favorite food for a longer time but eating it in small portion can decrease craving towards it.
