    I heard grades are bad for people who have diabetes because of the futuose. Is this true?

      Grapes are good for diabetes in a small serving. Eating whole grape is beneficial to prevent the risk of type 2 diabetes.
      Drinking grapes juice can increase the risk of diabetes.
      So prefer to eat whole grape but in a small serving.
