It was found that today more children are unfit and even can’t run for miles. It is due to unhealthy habits.
There are many ways to stay fit for an adult as well as children. Being active and playing can be the best way to keep children active.
Obesity is most common in children which should be avoided. Obesity at an early age is a sign that is future he or she is going to suffer from heart disease.

So it is important to inculcate habits of exercise. Active children will have good cardiovascular health which protects from heart disease in future.
The American Heart Association has found that today’s children are less archive that was is past. It is due to changes in lifestyle.
More than 15% children are unfit in 2013 which is a critical situation. If this continues then, it will give rise to the dangerous health epidemic.
Children should give some time for physical activity. 60 minutes a day is also sufficient.
Insist them to take part in school sports events or any local running event. Cycling and swimming are also good cardiovascular exercise. (1)
Inactive children’s health is continuously degrading. If they start enjoying physical sports, then they will stay protected from many diseases. Also, their school grade will also improve.
