Heart attack is one a fatal disease that leads to death.
During the first heart attack, it damages a large part of the heart muscle that is responsible for another attack.
Whenever blood can’t provide oxygen to the heart, it starts to pump hard. This increase damage of cardiac muscle. So it is fatal that leads to death if proper medical care is not provided.
Heart attack is most common in men and women above 65 years old. But due to changes in lifestyle it is now becoming common in youngsters.
Heart attack risk has arisen due to eating unhealthy foods filled with cholesterol, lack of exercise and stressful conditions.
A Heart attack may be sudden or slow. But its symptoms can be recognized. So you can stay protected from this condition
Discomfort In Chest
Discomfort in the chest is the most common symptom that should not be ignored. If you feel a sudden pain in the chest for a few minutes, then consult your doctor. This pain lasts for a few minutes, but it comes within few interval of time. So if face this same problem then consult your doctor.
Tip to recognize Pain
Chest discomfort pain occurs in the left side of the chest. You will feel a burning sensation and pressure in the chest.
Shortness of Breath: Change in pattern of breathing. Slow or fast breathing is the symptom of heart attack. You will fell shortness of breath after doing light work. This occurs due to blockage in the supply of oxygen towards the heart.
Tips to stay protected from this condition: Eat a healthy diet rich in Fiber and other nutrients. It will prevent deposition of cholesterol in the blood. Also, avoid deep fried fast foods. Cardio exercise like jogging or walking is also the best way to fight heart attack.
Cough: Cough for a long period of time can also be the one of the symptoms of heart attack. You should consult doctor if you have a cough for a long period of time.
Dizziness: Loss of consciousness is one of heart attack symptoms. It is important to take care if you feel this problem.
Nausea: Nausea or low appetite is also a symptom that should not be neglacted. Consult a doctor to know the about the problem.
Sweating: Increase in sweating is a sure symptom of heart attack.
Body Pain: Sometime there is increase in body pain. Neck , jaw, chest, abdomen, etc. This pain may for for short interval of time but comes many times.
Irregular Pulse: Pulse rate is also disturbed due to sudden changes in body. As body can’t supply blood to the heart, it leads to sudden increase and decrease in pulse rate.
Heart is the strongest muscle of body which works 24 hours daily pumping blood. But sometimes we neglect to take care about its health. If we neglect heart health then we compromise with our overall health. So it becomes more important to take care of our heart.
To take care of the heart we must include healthy routine. Healthy routine includes exercise and healthy diet.
Healthy Diet includes nutrient rich food like vegetable, fruit, cereal, nuts and grain in proper quantity. Also avoid junk food.
Exercise is important to strengthen and maintain cardiovascular system health. Brisk walking, Pranayam and Meditation early in the morning keep energy level high. It nourishes the cardiovascular system with fresh air. It is found that exercise routine is the best way to fight heart attack. It lowers bad cholesterol from the blood which increase blood flow.
So exercise destroys main cause of heart attack. So do exercise daily. Intensity doesn’t matter only devotion is important. So devote some time to stay protected from any disease.
Consult doctor if you face any problem. They will provide the best solution to it.
But healthy diet and exercise is must.
