If you get infected with flu, then it might not be beneficial because the body is already fighting with the virus from which you are infected. So vaccinate yourself before you get infected.
Hate Needles! Take Flu Shot
Some people don’t like needles. Some not but mostly everyone hates it.
But if you hate needles then you can try flu shot. It is in the form of nasal spray. It shows the same effect as injected vaccine provides. So immunize against flu with these shot and enjoy the seasonal changes.

Pregnant women, child, teenager and old age person should immunize themselves as it can cause a serious health problem.
