They were amazed to see bird were eating dark cherries instead of eating worms which are their favorite food.
It is found that eating antioxidant rich food were protecting them from oxidative stress. Nature and birds are balancing as bird requires antioxidant to prevent oxidative stress the same is to plant. The plant also goes through oxidative stress, so they produce dark fruits to stay protected from oxidative stress.
The main question is” If the bird is adopting healthy steps then why are we waiting?”
