Weight loss is always an issue that makes us try varieties of diet.
But before trying these diet, we don’t think about it with its negative point of view.
If you are going on a diet, then you must think it properly because there is only one reason to adopt it but there are many reasons that will make you think twice or thrice to follow it.
So before going for any diet you should take care “ Is it fad diet” If yes then skip it.
Fad diets are usually referred to as a quick fix for weight loss. But truly speaking there is no such pills or technique available that can help you to lose weight quickly and safely.
If it is giving you results, then you should be aware of its side-effects.
Temporary Weight Loss
Every diet promises you for quick weight loss. But are they effective for it and are they permanent.

You will only get only one answer. Weight loss through fad diet is temporary, and we start gaining weight as we stop these diet. There are many reasons for it.
We lose water weight during dieting, and when we quit it we start gaining those weights quickly
Another reason is a disturbance in metabolism. Metabolism should be higher for proper weight maintenance but due to eating a nutrient deficient diet we disturb it. So slower metabolism will lead to slower weight loss or it promote weight gain.
We also start gaining weight due to increase in sugar craving or food craving.
This situation occurs due to long term avoidance of those foods. So we start craving for those foods, and we eat those foods without portion control.
So if you think that fad diet only disturb your weight loss then you should think twice. Its side effects in not limited. We try these diets for weight loss but what result we get in the end.
Poor health, low energy, slow metabolism, dehydration and much more depending on the diet we follow. Some diet says that cutting calorie helps to lose weight but a calorie is the source of energy.
When we quit calorie in diet our energy level also falls very badly. Also in some diet it is suggested to reduce water intake.
What the hell is about reducing water intake means?
We can’t survive without water single day then why should we follow these diets. Due to reduction in water intake our risk of dehydration increases. And much more issues occurs like this.
We need protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamin, minerals and water in required quantity.
With a proper intake of these nutrients our body get enough nourishment for proper functioning. But the principle of a fad diet is opposite of body function. They suggest us to avoid fat as it makes us fat.
But dietary fat like Omega 3 is required for cell development. Along with it there are many health problems occurring due to nutrient deficient diet.
A fad diet is not a permanent solution for weight loss, and it is not also safe for your health. By following it, you will take the biggest risk because it may give you result for a few days but it can also degrade your health. And to recover those losses you have to face many problems.
If you want to lose weight then follow a healthy diet. A healthy diet means food rich in protein, carbohydrate, dietary fat, vitamin and minerals.
So you must eat fruits, vegetable, grain, cereal, fish, poultry, etc. By following a healthy diet, you will get permanent weight loss, and you will feel more energetic throughout the day.
