Thus, if the weather is cold then mix around one teaspoon of honey with warm water and drink it in the morning whereas if it is warm weather then mix the honey with cold water and drink it, but make sure that the water is not too cold as it may also cause you to get a headache.
14. Hot Foot Bath

For this treatment to be effective, you will need to get a tub such that both of your feet can fit into it or you can also use two separate bathtubs.
Then fill the tubs with warm water soak your legs and feet in the tub for 15 to 20 minutes before going to bed at night.
