Risk rate was 27%, so it’s a great concern for people skipping the breakfast.

With the rise in blockage of blood from arteries to the heart, it increases the risk of heart attack and stroke.
During the study, it was found that heart disease is mostly caused due to excess deposition of cholesterol. Thus, by simply skipping your breakfast you promote heart disease in yourself.
