According to latest survey done by BBC, people spend 12 hours sitting. During this time, we burn a very little calorie. Due to this sugar level rises in the body. Due to our sedentary lifestyle diseases rate is rising.
But when we stand for while calorie burned is more. We burn 50 calorie more than while we are sitting. So if you want to burn more calorie and want to lose weight, then you should stand instead of sitting.
Standing for 2-3 hour is beneficial than sitting. If you stand your burn enough calorie to reduce the risk of diabetes or cardiovascular disease at a certain level.
