Overeating is a most common problem which can increase our calorie intake.
We manage to avoid calorie dense food when we are alone. But the same condition is not when we are with our friends.
We tend to eat more the calorie we require. So it is important to prevent overeating when we are with our friends.

In the end, it was found that people in overweight group ate more calorie as their friend did.
While other with non-overweight group ate in limited quantity. So the result concludes that our calorie intake increases by the influence of our friends. So it becomes necessary to avoid this mistake.

Drink A Glass Of Water: When you go out for dinner with your friend drink a glass of water it will keep control of a portion of food you eat.
Take Control Of your Portion: Avoid eating larger portion of food.
Overeating can lead to overweight. If you are on weight loss program, then it may be a big blunder.
You can avoid it by avoiding fast foods. Drink water when you eat. Also, keep watch on the portion you eat.
