To achieve any goal, you need to dedicate the required effort depending on the goal. If you fell short in dedicating enough effort, it’s no doubt you will end up failing to achieve the goal.
Michael Phelps is known as the greatest swimmer of all time. To achieve this goal he has matched the effort with the goal.
In peak training phases, Phelps swims minimum 80,000 meters a week which is nearly 50 miles. He practices twice a day, sometimes more. Phelps trained for around five to six hours a day at six days a week.
To be the best he dedicated more than other where doing and emerged to be the best. You will come across many such examples.
Like Phelps, how much you will dedicate to your goal.
A goal to lose weight, build muscle & strength, improve athletic performance and other such goals needs hard work and a certain level of dedication.
Dedication level may lower depending on the goal but if you miss to match it, you will fail to achieve it.
Everyone set a goal to make an exponential growth in their personal or professional life. In the planning phase, end results of a goal are so mesmerizing that we forget about difficulties and end up setting lofty goals.
Goal setting and achieving them both are a totally different task. No goal will come to us because we want and think about it.
A goal may be small or big, they can be achieved when we match the effort and goal. The time we match our effort and goal, possibilities arise and even the toughest goal seems to be achievable.
Whenever you set a goal, look over the effort required to achieve that goal. If you dedicate less effort than required, keep on increasing the effort.

A right calculation will be the key to achieve any goal.
At first, you won’t be able to make the right calculation, but as you act you will figure out the efforts required.
Keep on increasing the effort and match to the goal.
No goal will be impossible when you make the required effort.
