#1 Watch out for your drinking habits

In this fast moving life, we pay special attention to our diet. Many health-conscious people avoid fatty foods, but they don’t pay attention to what they drink.

The soft drinks and even tea, coffee that we casually drink are the main reasons behind failure of your weight loss program.

These drinks contain plenty of calories, and these calories are enough to ruin your efforts put during intense workout sessions.

If you are on a weight loss mission, then it is your duty to avoid consumption of high-calorie drinks. Otherwise your strict diet plan and hefty workout session is going to give you no apparent result.

Try to drink more and more water. Water is the source of all liquid, so why not enjoy this drink to stay hydrated.

You can go for fresh fruit juices too. Remember though that these juices have added preservatives and sweeteners in them; go for freshly prepared juices.

#2 Say no to white flour

White flour is something that can ruin your weight loss efforts. Avoid things which contain white flour. The most essential step which you need to take is to analyze what foods in your diet plan contain this.

Replacing while flour with a substitute is an absolute must; white flour has absolutely no beneficial nutrients.

#5 Cut the sugar consumption

Sugar is the biggest and the sweetest enemy of your weight loss program. This ingredient spoils your body and makes you fat.

It isn’t said that you should completely avoid sugar because the body require some quantity of sugar to keep your body energized for day to day activities.

All you need to do is say no to chocolates, ice cream, cookies, soft drinks, etc. You should also reduce the quantity of sugar you take in your tea and coffee. The lesser sugar you take, the faster your fat burning rate.

Also, high glycemic index carbohydrates have the tendency to get burned very fast thus making you want to eat again.

Go for low GI carbs such as complex carb rich foods and fiber rich foods. Remember, you don’t have to starve yourself; all you need to do is replace unhealthy food items with nutritious food stuff.

#6 Eat small meals

Small meals are most effective weight loss tricks which can give you astonishing results. Instead of eating 3 big meals, you can eat 6 small meals.

Actually, when you eat a big meal, you won’t be able to utilize that food into energy. Thus, that food will accrue in your body as fat.
