Eat rich blend of nutrients for breakfast: Breakfast is very important meal than we can consider. It is important to include varieties of foods that provides enough protein, carb, fiber and other vitamins and minerals.
With these balanced nutrients, our body get enough nutrients to cover up nutrients required after long healing process done during a good-night-sleep and also prepare for a healthy start in the morning. 
Choose varieties instead of one food type: Grapefruit is healthy but eating just grapefruit for long period won’t do any good as we lack other nutrients.

Smoking is among the biggest killer. Tobacco is found to kill more people around the world than all illicit drugs combined. They make the risk of lung cancer and heart attack soar and it is the start of health issues. There are many ways it harms, but we neglect it. Breathing secondhand smoke also don’t do good. 
With quitting smoking, blood pressure falls closer to the healthier level within 8 hours. After 24 hours risk of heart attack also begins to fall. Within a month, lung worked better. 
Drinking alcohol is also a threat that is also interfering our body repair. Drinking alcohol is not bad if you keep it under control.
