There are many side-effects if our diet lack of nutrients.

One of the most nutrients we require for the development of bone is Vitamin D.

Vitamin D improves absorption of calcium which supports proper development of bone and teeth. But its benefits is not limited, it is also used in the development of tissues and organ.

In recent research, it was found that Vitamin D deficient diet can increase the risk of brain damage. These damages are due to free radicals. 

Eating a diet rich in Vitamin D protects brain cell damage from free radicals.
