Vitamin D Overdose To Absorb Calcium

The combination of Vitamin D and Calcium are a top priority for health bone.

For proper absorption of Calcium, Vitamin B is required in enough quantity. Lack of Vitamin D prevents absorption of calcium.

During this situation bone health is degraded. It weakens bone and increase the risk of fracture increases.

So we need Vitamin D in enough quantity. Daily Recommended Allowance is 15 microgram. So the question is about an overdose of Vitamin D to vitamin d and calciumabsorb calcium.

If you are eating high amounts of Vitamin D, then avoid it. Overdose side-effect is same as a deficiency.

So What is Best Source?

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. The excess amount of vitamin is absorbed and stored for further use. If you eat pills to get it then, you might increase the chance of overdose.

To get enough amount of vitamin depend on natural foods. Try poultry, dairy products, fish, vegetables, etc.. Eating a natural source of food prevents overdose.

Concluding

Vitamin D is required for the absorption of Calcium. So eat the right food to prevent nutrient deficiency. And lastly don’t eat any pills to meet your Vitamin D requirement.
