      There is no such magicaal products that can help to lose weight in a month. If you want ot lose weight then you must prefer to adopt lifestyle. Eat healthy and also include exercise.
      So you can do some of this that can surely help but not in month.
      1. Eat healthy food and include 4-5 small meal a day.
      2. Never miss breakfast and include every nutrients
      3. Don’t try fad diet to get quick result it will disturb your fat burning process which is also known as metabolism.
      4. Do exercise for 4-5 days a week.
