Well, it is the fact that we eat and drink according to our need.
When we weigh, we find our weight slight more than last day… It is because we might have eaten some food or drink water. So it is not our correct weight. But if you weigh continuously, it will make you tensed. Also, cloth weight also differs.
So if you think that you can get a proper weight by scale, then it is entirely wrong. So ditching the scale will be a revolutionary moment for you.
What to Do Instead?
For optimum fitness, you should depend on healthy diet and a strict workout routine.
Strict routine means 5-6 day training and 1 day rest day. Sleep is also important for proper recovery of muscles.
Next time when you think about scale, ignores it. If you wish, then you can check it weekly. Believe in fitness goal and hard work you will see results soon.
If we stop believing our self, we are in a state of depression which can hinder the goal altogether.
So believe in yourself.
