Going for Workout or Training is sometimes a hectic decision. We usually have one thing in mind “How much to eat before the training?

If you have the same question, then don’t stress much about it.

We need the energy to do complete our activity during workout or training. So taking care of diet before workout is important.

How Much To Eat Before Training?

The right choice depends on the weight of a person and training.

You need 1 g carb per 1 kg of your weight. The total calculation for your carbohydrate intake for a 70 kg person is 70 g carbs if you are training for less than 2 hours.

If you are doing exercise for more than 2 hours, then your energy demand is much higher. So eat at least 2 g carb for every 1kg weight.

Tip: You should eat at least 30 minutes earlier workout. You should avoid eating a big meal before a workout.

You can eat a banana before your workout. It is the best food rich in carbs and simple sugar. Your energy level is high throughout the workout.

Before the workout, we need a good diet to improve energy level to complete the exercise or training successfully. If you avoid it, then you will struggle to get every bit of energy to complete the session.

If the body doesn’t get enough carbs during exercise, it searches for another source of energy.

It easily attack cell protein and utilize it to provide us energy. Due to this muscle loss may be severe and by burning protein body is not able to get enough energy as protein don’t supply high calorie.
