Kale is a vegetable that may be green or purple in color. It is among the healthiest food to be consumed.

It provides wide varieties of nutrient in large quantity.

Antioxidant makes is highly preferred food to protect from cancer, inflammation, increase immunity, etc.

It has the highest amount of Vitamin A, C and K. Also it contains calcium which strengthens bones. It is amazingly healthy food.

kale health benefit in digestion, metabolism increases which lead to weight loss. Also fiber lowers the sugar level in blood.
